Delivery is free to France and Europe for all orders over €250 and for orders over €400 for the rest of the world.

For orders of a lower amount the following fees apply

• Paris: free in-store pickup
• France: €12
• Europe (including Switzerland): €15
• Rest of the World: €40

For any delivery outside the European Union, possible customs clearance taxes may apply upon delivery. These taxes are the responsibility of the Customer.

Our items are sent in an ANNE WILLI tote bag.

Returns and exchanges:

Unworn and unused items can be returned with tags and receipt for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Return approval is at the discretion of store managers. Items not eligible for return that are returned to us will be returned to the sender.

The delivery costs will be refunded to you, but any return costs will be your responsibility.
