And on the other hand any non-professional buyer wishing to acquire products offered for sale on the site annewilli.com, called the Customer.
Anne Willi may occasionally be required to modify certain provisions of its general conditions, so it is necessary that these be reread before each order on the site annewilli.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).
By accessing the Site, you agree to respect the General Conditions as well as the Conditions of Use appearing there.
The Site allows the company Anne Willi to offer for sale textile products and accessories manufactured by and/or for Anne Willi sarl (hereinafter referred to as the “Products”) to Users browsing the site annewilli.com
It is specified that purchases of products on the site are reserved for non-commercial individuals aged over 18 and with full legal capacity.
The Site does not allow the purchase of products for resale. As such, the Customer's attention is particularly drawn to the fact that their orders must not exceed ten (10) items per order. Anne Willi also reserves the right to refuse any order of an abnormal nature. Any order for a Product offered on the Site implies the User's full acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.
ARTICLE 2: Orders
It is up to the Customer to select the products he wishes to order on the annewilli.com website.
Once the choice of Products has been made (size, color, quantity), you must:
- Create your account or log in if your account already exists.
- Accept the general conditions of sale by checking the box provided for this purpose on the summary page of your order
. Once your payment method has been selected, you must pay for your order, which will firmly and definitively formalize the sales contract that binds you to Anne Willi.
Any changes to orders by the Buyer cannot be taken into account by the Seller within the limits of its possibilities and provided that they are notified in writing to the following address: boutique@annewilli.com within a maximum period of 24 hours after order confirmation.
In the event that these modifications cannot be accepted by the Seller, the sums paid by the customer will be returned to him within a maximum period of 7 days from notification of the impossibility of accepting the requested modifications.
If after confirmation of the order, the product was no longer available, the Seller would inform the Customer within a maximum of 7 days from the date of the order by email or by telephone.
The Customer would be reimbursed by credit card.

ARTICLE 3: Prices
The products are offered at the prices mentioned when the order is registered by the Seller. Prices are expressed in euros including tax.
Prices do not include processing, shipping and transportation costs.
An invoice is established by the Seller and sent to the Customer upon delivery of the ordered products.
The Anne Willi company reserves the right to modify prices at any time but the items will be invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time the order is placed.
During transactions abroad, customs duties and taxes payable will be the responsibility of the customer and are their responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payment.
The flat rate contribution to delivery costs will be reminded to the buyer when choosing Products and will be invoiced at the end of the order on the order summary page, in addition to the price of the selected products.
ARTICLE 4: payment conditions
The price is payable in cash, in full on the day the order is placed by the buyer.
The Seller will not be required to deliver the products ordered by the buyer if the buyer does not pay in full under the conditions indicated above.
Terms of Payment :
Payments made by the buyer will only be considered final after actual receipt of the sums due by the Seller.
Payment for purchases is made by bank card (Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa, Carte Bleu) or by PayPal.

The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the buyer when ordering.
For reasons of availability, an order may be delivered in several installments.
In this case the customer only pays the shipping costs once.
On the other hand, if the customer wishes to receive the items in his order in different locations, he will place 2 separate orders with the associated shipping costs.
